  • The Customer Service Representative is a professional responsible who serves customer by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
  • Act as a liaison, provide product /services information and resolve any emerging problems that clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Enters data into the data base on a daily basis.
  • Required to work one Saturday a month

    Salary: $12.00 to $15.00/hour
