Mowing Crew Leader

Qualifications

• 1-3 years leading a mowing crew of 2-4 people.
• 1-3 years experience with commercial mowing equipment.
• Valid Drivers License and safe behind the wheel.
• Self-motivated.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming and edging commercial and residential properties.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Safely operate large trucks and trailers.
• Lead crew to complete daily schedule.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Must be available for snow and ice removal.
• Other duties as assigned.

Benefits

• This position starts at $17 per hour depending upon experience.
• After being employed with Atkins, Inc. for 120 days, you will receive a one-time $500.00 bonus.
• We are also offering $250.00 for any referrals that stay for 120 days.

Description

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our Ground Maintenance Division as Mowing Crew Leader. The focus of this position is to lead a mowing crew to complete the daily schedule while maintaining the Atkins Brand of quality. You will also be responsible for daily equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate for the position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on new projects.
